Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please reach out to our team within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a 100% free replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Claim

  1. Send a photograph of the damaged package/item.
  2. Forward your original order ID received in your email.
  3. Explain the quality issue in brief.

Timeline

All approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account or UPI wallet).
